Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibe Creation Engine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Creation Engine is an AI-powered software builder that helps users create web applications, games, documents, and tools through conversational interaction. The Service uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to generate code and content.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures
• Use the Service to train competing AI models
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Generate spam, malware, or deceptive content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service. The code and content generated by the Service using your inputs ("Outputs") is yours to use, modify, and distribute. Vibe Creation Engine retains rights to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. Free Tier Limitations

Free tier accounts are limited to 5 builds per month. We reserve the right to change free tier limits at any time.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service downtime or errors in generated content.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate code and content. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and using any generated content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, security, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs. Always review generated code before deploying to production.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Creation Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
